A command-line tool that turns a two-hour YouTube live into its best moments: local transcription with word timestamps, chat-activity spikes to find the highlights, one model call to rank them, then vertical clips with burned-in captions and a ready-to-post title and hashtags for each.
The company
BarqAI is the trading name of Toubbali OÜ, a software company registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and run by Fadel Drissi Toubbali, a software engineer with more than five years of product work across fintech and gaming. Barq is Arabic for lightning: the idea is that a good tool removes the wait between deciding and doing.
We work remotely with clients in Europe, the Gulf and Australia, in English, Arabic and French.
